平素より、弊社サービスをご利用いただきありがとうございます。さて、この度PCCWの回線システム障害が発生したため、6月3日2003より一部地域でブロードバンド回線につながりにくい状況が発生しておりましたので、ご報告申しあげます。
お客様には、大変ご迷惑お掛けしましたことを深くお詫び申し上げます。

Service Interruptions on Specific Locations |

Due
to network problems caused by PCCW Limited, broadband
clients at numerous locations may experience un-stability
on their Internet connections from 3rd of June, 2003 until
further notice. Attached please find the failure
report from PCCW. We are now discussing with PCCW
for improving their service level and avoiding the same
situation happening in the future.
